What are the hidden costs?
You won't find any here!  We are not trying to bait and switch you either.  All of our charges are presented on the Pricing Pages and Order Form for you to clearly see.  All basic film cleaning, splicing, and repair is included.

How much does it cost?
Transfer Costs:
     8mm Film: We have a Pricing Chart with discounts on quantity -- up to 42% off our standard rate.  Depending on how many reels you have will determine the price per reel for transfer.  The more film you have, the lower your price per reel.
      16mm Film: Flat Rate of $0.14 per Foot ($50 minimum order for 16mm only)
      Sound Films: If your films have sound, must add 10% for Transfer of sound films only
      Professional S8mm Color Negative Films: Add 10% for Transfer
      Uncompressed Transfer (SDI; 270Mb/s): $100 Charge per Project

Media Costs (please see more information under Media Options):
      DVDs and/or MiniDV Tapes cost $10 each.  Each will hold up to one (1) hour of transferred film.
         One hour of transferred Regular 8mm film is approximately 14 reels (3 inch, 50 feet in length).
         One hour of transferred Super 8mm film is approximately 15 reels (3 inch, 50 feet in length).
         One hour of transferred 16mm sound film is 2160 feet at 24 fps (frames per second);
         One hour of transferred 16mm silent film is 1620 feet at 18 fps.
      VHS Tapes cost $10 each and hold up to one hour of transferred film.
       160GB External Hard Drives cost $135 each, and hold up to 11 hours of transferred film at 25Mb/s data rate
      250GB External Hard Drives cost $175 each, and hold up to 18 hours of transferred film at 25Mb/s data rate.
        500GB External Hard Drives cost $250 each, and hold up to 38 hours of transferred film at 25Mb/s data rate.
     1000GB External Hard Drives cost $350 each, and hold up to 74 hours of transferred film at 25Mb/s data rate.

Shipping Costs:
Flat Rate of just $10! 
Most orders sent via FedEx Ground, with Online Tracking ID
Depending upon weight, smaller orders will be sent via US Postal Service Priority Mail with Delivery Conformation.
(For Signature Required Delivery, Add $5)

Do I have to pay State Sales Tax?
Only if you live in Pennsylvania - 7% (Order Total x $0.07)

Do I have to pay extra for a Rush Order?
Yes.  The "Rush Charge" will be $50 or an additional 10% of your Order Total, whichever is greater, as the size of the order directly affects the time required for transfer.  The only additional charge will be the quote of FedEx  overnight or express shipping required.
